How to use agentic food tools
The food tools are the same for all branches of the sector and cover the product cycle: reception of raw material, process, packing, cold, analysis, release and dispatch. They combine according to the case: a lot enters through reception, goes through weighing, heat treatment and cold, is analyzed, is released and leaves through dispatch, and its history is assembled with the traceability. Each tool can be used with the application’s implementation, with a third party’s or with one of your own, depending on the functionality and the availability of the system you choose.
The tools that the application uses must meet a compatibility schema (API schema) to be able to connect; if they do not meet it, they are not used. The credentials can be yours or a third party’s: when a third party provides them, their use is also subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.
You can use open-source tools, develop your own from your organization’s programming team, or commission the development to connect your plant’s equipment with the application. Nothing is tied to a vendor: the same schema serves anyone who meets it.
How the tools work
The agent requests a tool, the tool validates that the schema is compatible and executes it against the equipment or the system you decide. The database can live in your infrastructure or in an external service, and the tool only reads or writes what the permission allows. Every call stays in the account’s usage log, with time, origin and system; if something fails, it returns the error and does not invent a confirmation.
How to use the tools
FOD-T01 Line weighing
Use it to read the production scales and control the weight per unit or per lot. The tool compares with the tolerance and records every weighing.
Features: weight per unit · weight per lot · tolerances · record.
FOD-T02 Cold chain
Use it to watch the temperatures per chamber and transport. The tool warns when a reading goes out of range and leaves the record of the deviation.
Features: chambers · transport · ranges · alerts.
FOD-T03 Lots and food safety
Use it to register and release lots with their food safety control. The tool gathers cleaning, analysis and non-conformities before the release.
Features: lot registration · cleaning · analysis · release.
FOD-T04 Recipe formulation
Use it to adjust the recipe per lot. The tool calculates proportions, yield and cost, and leaves the version ready for your approval.
Features: proportions · yield · cost · versions.
FOD-T05 Regulatory labeling
Use it to order the label data and the allergens according to the schema and the regulation of the destination market. The tool prepares the proposal with the mandatory fields and sends it to the corresponding system or provider for validation.
Features: mandatory fields · allergens · destination market · sending to validation.
FOD-T06 Order dispatch
Use it to register the dispatch and assemble the load per order. The tool confirms the exit with its documentation and reports the status.
Features: dispatch registration · load per order · documents · confirmation.
FOD-T07 Laboratory analysis
Use it to read the laboratory results per lot. The tool delivers microbiological, physicochemical and sensory results compared with the specification.
Features: microbiological · physicochemical · sensory · comparison with specification.
FOD-T08 Packing control
Use it to review seals, printing and packing weight per line. The tool separates the units out of standard and reports the status.
Features: seals · printing · weight · separation of out-of-standard.
FOD-T09 Line maintenance
Use it to open and follow maintenance orders per equipment. The tool assigns spare parts, controls the stops and reports the progress.
Features: orders per equipment · spare parts · stops · tracking.
FOD-T10 Lot traceability
Use it to tie every lot to its raw materials, processes and dispatches. The tool assembles the complete history for audit.
Features: raw materials · processes · dispatches · history for audit.
FOD-T11 Raw material reception
Use it to receive the raw material per lot: it weighs, measures temperature and reviews the documentation. The tool registers the intake, marks the deviations and closes the reception.
Features: intake weighing · temperature · documentation · deviations · closing.
FOD-T12 Heat treatment
Use it to order the thermal cycle, pasteurization or sterilization, and follow its curve. The tool schedules the cycle, verifies times and temperatures, and closes with the lot record.
Features: pasteurization · sterilization · curve · verification · record.
FOD-T13 Cleaning and sanitation
Use it to schedule and verify the clean-in-place of lines and equipment. The tool launches the cycle, checks concentration and rinse, and closes with the cleaning report.
Features: clean-in-place · concentration · rinse · verification · report.
FOD-T14 In-line allergen control
Use it to control the product change and the cleaning between allergens. The tool orders the sequence, verifies the change and closes the control per lot.
Features: product sequence · allergen change · verification · record.
FOD-T15 Calibration and verification
Use it to calibrate and verify the plant instruments. The tool schedules the calibration, registers the standard used and closes with the instrument’s record.
Features: calibration · standards · verification · instruments · record.
