How to use agentic construction tools
The construction tools are the same for the whole site and cover the full cycle: works progress, BIM model, materials, safety, schedules, external audit, surveying, earthmoving, concrete, structures, networks, tests, inspection, watch, lifting, prefabricated elements, scaffolding, demolition, reports and traceability. They are combined as the case requires: a building is followed with progress and safety, a road with surveying and earthmoving, and a demolition with removal and watch. Each tool can be used with the application’s implementation, with a third party’s or with your own, depending on the functionality and the availability of the system you choose.
The tools that the application uses must meet a compatibility schema (API schema) to be able to connect; if they do not meet it, they are not used. The credentials can be yours or a third party’s: when a third party provides them, their use is also subject to that third party’s terms and conditions.
You can use open-source tools, develop your own from your organization’s programming team, or commission the development to connect your site’s equipment with the application. Nothing is tied to a vendor: the same schema works for anyone who meets it.
How the tools work
The agent requests a tool, the tool validates that the schema is compatible and runs it against the equipment or the system you decide. The database can live in your infrastructure or in an external service, and the tool only reads or writes what the permission allows. Every call is kept in the account’s usage log, with time, origin and system; if something fails, it returns the error and does not invent a confirmation.
How to use the tools

Use it to follow the cut, the fill and the transport of earth per front. The tool accumulates the volumes, marks the deviation and closes the report.
Features: cut · fill · volumes · report.
CON-T09 Concrete and Pouring
Use it to order the pouring and the curing per element and batch. The tool records the mix design, follows the curing and closes the lot.
Features: batches · mix design · curing · lot.
CON-T10 Structures and Assembly
Use it to follow the assembly of structures and prefabricated elements per element. The tool orders the sequence, records the joint and closes the element.
