How to build an agent for training
You can assemble an agent that follows the cycle of a training from start to finish: diagnosis, practice, evaluation and progress, with the record of every stage. These pieces and steps are the starting point, and you assemble them on natuleadan.app, on another platform that connects your equipment, or with open-source pieces, without being tied to a vendor.
The agent trains a person in a specific task or a robot, virtually or in person: the training manager decides which tasks enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the evaluations or the simulators, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the diagnoses, the practice sessions and the evaluations per task, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a stagnation appears, it stops and waits for the manager’s indication before enabling the next stage; if the case is critical, it notifies the trainer manager. Every record is noted with time, task and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any plan.
How to use the agent
With the platform connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the training dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, tasks and recipients when the plan changes. The agent never enables a stage on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a task or remove it from the program without losing its history.
Which tools you can connect
Connecting these tools is not just pasting an API: every connector goes through a normalization process so the data arrives in the same format, and the connection type (API, webhook or file), the security rules and the backup are defined. Your team’s infrastructure also comes in: who manages the credentials, where the connector runs and how it is monitored.
In training, the training sessions, the online evaluations and the contents per level are connected, in addition to the notice channels to the training manager and the trainer manager, which can be made of people or robots. When the case calls for it, the library and resources, the communication with families and the traceability are added to close the history of every task, along with the periodic summaries that order the practice.
