How to build an agent for socialization
You can assemble an agent that follows the cycle of a socialization from start to finish: call, connection, accompaniment and closure, with the record of every stage. These pieces and steps are the starting point, and you assemble them on natuleadan.app, on another platform that connects your equipment, or with open-source pieces, without being tied to a vendor.
The agent works for programs with communities: the program director decides which communities or sites enter the follow-up and with which limits. Companies and third parties use it to connect communities or distant rural areas, and tools with restricted access, such as the contents or the channels, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the calls, the connections and the progress per community, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a disconnection or a deviation appears, it stops and waits for the director’s indication before moving the plan; if the case is critical, it notifies the sociologist manager. Every record is noted with time, community and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any shift.
How to use the agent
With the sites connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the community dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, points and recipients when the program changes. The agent never moves the plan on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a community or remove it from the program without losing its history.
Which tools you can connect
Connecting these tools is not just pasting an API: every connector goes through a normalization process so the data arrives in the same format, and the connection type (API, webhook or file), the security rules and the backup are defined. Your team’s infrastructure also comes in: who manages the credentials, where the connector runs and how it is monitored.
In socialization, the communities and sites, the communication with families and the contents per level are connected, in addition to the notice channels to the program director and the sociologist manager, which can be made of people or robots. When the case calls for it, the library and resources, the academic surveys and the traceability are added to close the history of every community, along with the periodic summaries that order the program.
