How to build an agent for venues
You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a venue from start to finish: opening, tickets, tour and closing, with the record of every stage. These pieces and steps are the starting point, and you assemble them on natuleadan.app, on another platform that connects your equipment, or with open-source pieces, without being tied to a vendor.
The agent works for companies or natural persons that offer entertainment services: the venue lead decides which spaces and hours enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the tickets or the capacity, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the tickets, the capacity and the tours per space, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a crowding appears, it stops and waits for the lead’s indication before moving the access; if the case is critical, it notifies the venue team. Every record is noted with time, space and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any workday.
How to use the agent
With the access control connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the venue dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, spaces and recipients when the schedule changes. The agent never moves an access on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a space or remove it from the program without losing its history.
Which tools you can connect
Connecting these tools is not just pasting an API: every connector goes through a normalization process so the data arrives in the same format, and the connection type (API, webhook or file), the security rules and the backup are defined. Your team’s infrastructure also comes in: who manages the credentials, where the connector runs and how it is monitored.
In venues, the tickets and capacity, the record and accesses and the bookings and agenda are connected, in addition to the notice channels to the venue lead and the venue team, which can be made of people or robots.
