How to build an agent for tourism
You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a trip from start to finish: quote, booking, trip and return, with the record of every stage. These pieces and steps are the starting point, and you assemble them on natuleadan.app, on another platform that connects your equipment, or with open-source pieces, without being tied to a vendor.
The agent works for companies or natural persons that offer entertainment services: the operations lead decides which destinations and seasons enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the bookings or the payments, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the quotes, the bookings and the returns per trip, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a cancellation appears, it stops and waits for the lead’s indication before moving a booking; if the case is critical, it notifies the travel team. Every record is noted with time, trip and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any season.
How to use the agent
With the booking engine connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the travel dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, destinations and recipients when the season changes. The agent never moves a booking on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a destination or remove it from the program without losing its history.
