How to build an agent for municipalities
You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a municipality from start to finish: local planning, services, participation and works, with the record of every stage. The agent works for the municipal operation: the municipal lead decides which services enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the cadastre or the files, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the cadastre, the state of the services, the performance indicators and the notices from the community, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a claim appears, it stops and waits for the lead’s indication before moving a service or adjusting the plan; if the case is critical, it notifies the municipal team. Every progress item is noted with time, zone and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any shift.
How to use the agent
With the equipment connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the municipal dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, zones and recipients when the operation changes. The agent never moves a service on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a zone or remove it from the program without losing its history.
Which tools you can connect
Connecting these tools is not just pasting an API: every connector goes through a normalization process so the data arrives in the same format, and the connection type (API, webhook or file), the security rules and the backup are defined.
