You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a performance from start to finish and manages the quality of the show: rehearsal, scene, performance and closing, with the record of every stage. The agent works for companies or natural persons that offer entertainment services: the company director decides which works and venues enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the tickets or the wardrobe, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.
How the agent works
The agent receives the rehearsals, the scenes and the sales per performance, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or an absence appears, it stops and waits for the director’s indication before moving a venue; if the case is critical, it notifies the company team. Every record is noted with time, performance and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any season.
How to use the agent
With the agenda connected or manual upload enabled, your routine is to review the performance dashboard, handle escalated cases and adjust limits, works and recipients when the season changes. The agent never moves a venue on its own and always escalates the deviation. You can pause a work or remove it from the program without losing its history.
