You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a fit-out from start to finish: survey, partitions, finishes and handover, with the record of every stage. The agent works for the fit-out operation: the site manager decides which spaces enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the survey or the finish tests, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.

The agent receives the survey, the progress of the partitions and the state of the finishes per space, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a shortage appears, it stops and waits for the lead’s indication before intervening a space or adjusting the plan; if the case is critical, it notifies the construction team. When the case calls for it, the works progress, the quality inspection and the traceability are added to close the history of every space, along with the construction reports that order the shift.
