You can assemble an agent that follows the bioprocess from start to finish: it controls the bioreactor, follows the expression and purification of proteins and flags when a batch goes out of parameters. The agent receives the readings from the bioreactor and the purification equipment, and compares them with the parameters configured per batch. It decides whether to record, adjust or escalate. When a batch goes out of range, it stops and waits for the biotechnologist’s indication before moving the process; if the deviation is critical, it notifies the response team. Every reading is recorded with time, batch and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any run.
