## How to build an agent for filmmakers

You can build an agent that follows the cycle of a production from start to finish: script, shoot, editing and premiere, with the record of every stage. The agent works for companies or natural persons that offer entertainment services: the production director decides which productions and locations enter the follow-up and with which limits. Tools with restricted access, such as the locations or the tickets, are verified on demand when needed and may be subject to other terms and conditions.

The agent receives the plans, the shoots and the progress per production, and compares them with the configured limits. It decides whether to record, notify or escalate. When a deviation or a cancellation appears, it stops and waits for the director’s indication before moving a shoot day; if the case is critical, it notifies the shoot team. Every record is noted with time, shoot day and result, and the history makes it possible to reconstruct any production.
