Terms of Service

By contracting the services of NATULEADAN SAS BIC, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services

NATULEADAN SAS BIC provides consulting, training, research, and development services in Artificial Intelligence. The specific scope of each service is defined in the corresponding proposal or contract.

Proposals and Budgets

Service proposals are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Budgets may vary if the project scope changes significantly after the initial proposal.

Invoicing and Payments

We issue electronic invoices with Ecuadorian tax backing (RUC 0993385500001). Payment terms are established in each proposal or contract. Payment is made via bank transfer or deposit to the NATULEADAN SAS BIC corporate account.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables specifically developed for the client become their property once fully paid. NATULEADAN SAS BIC retains the right to reuse methodologies, frameworks, and generic knowledge acquired during project execution.

Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during the business relationship. This obligation remains in effect for 2 years after the service ends.

Limitation of Liability

NATULEADAN SAS BIC shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service contract with 15 days written notice. Services already executed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Durán, Guayas Province.
