## How does the process work?

We start with a free assessment to understand your needs. Then we design a tailored proposal with scope, timeline, and budget. Once approved, we execute the solution and support you throughout implementation.

## What industries do you serve?

We work with companies in healthcare, finance, logistics, education, retail, manufacturing, and more. Each solution is adapted to your industry’s requirements and regulations.

## How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the project scope. An initial consulting engagement can take 2 to 4 weeks. Development and implementation projects range from 1 to 6 months. We provide a detailed timeline in our proposal.

## Do you offer team training?

Yes. We offer AI training programs for all levels: from fundamentals for executives to advanced techniques for technical teams. We also design custom programs based on your organization’s needs.

## How are services invoiced?

We issue electronic invoices with Ecuadorian tax requirements (RUC 0993385500001). Payment terms are established in each proposal.
